What is Mediation?
The mediator shapes the process while the parties control the outcome.
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process for those in a dispute to work with a mediator who is external and neutral to develop options for resolving their conflict.
Ishat Reza is a trained mediator who works with people experiencing professional and personal disputes to help find solutions that work for all parties.
Ishat takes an empathetic and non-judgmental approach when dealing with clients. Ishat conducts pre-interviews with each participant to hear their perspective and tailors the mediation process to suit each situation and meet the needs of the participants. As a mediator, Ishat identifies the issues for resolution, and facilitates discussions with a view to achieving mutually agreeable outcomes for all involved.
